Напомним, что «Джокера» поставит режиссёр Тодд Филлипс («Мальчишник в Вегасе»), который также выступил в качестве соавтора сценария вместе со Скоттом Сильвером. Картина никак не связана с предыдущими фильмами киновселенной DC. Её события развернутся в 80-х годах и расскажут о том, как неудачливый комедиант стал одним из самых известных злодеев комиксов....

Становится интереснее наблюдать за проектом даже при повышении рейтинга работы. Таковым он и должен быть для данного проекта, когда клоун вновь убийца.
