The South Korean company hasn't yet decided whether to continue experimenting with ultra-thin smartphones and triple-folding models. This was stated by Won-Joon Choi, COO of the mobile division, after the unveiling of the Galaxy S26 series. According to him, sales of last year's Galaxy S25 Edge, which is only 5.8 mm thick, were "relatively lower" than other models from the company, and the fate of this series remains unclear.

So, will they be coming to standard smartphone versions or simply new push-button technologies and artificial intelligence? But the price is definitely a concern for now.

Об этом заявил операционный директор мобильного подразделения Вон-Джун Чхве после презентации линейки Galaxy S26. По его словам, продажи прошлогоднего Galaxy S25 Edge толщиной всего 5,8 мм оказались «относительно ниже», чем у других моделей компании, и судьба этой серии остаётся открытой....

Значит будут идти в стандартные версии смартфонов или просто новые кнопочные технологии, искусственный интеллект. Но цена пока пугает уж оочно.
