Ассоциация владельцев кинотеатров (АВК) направила открытое письмо губернатору Санкт-Петербурга Александру Беглову с требованием разрешить им открыться. Они требуют от властей снять ограничения на работу кинотеатров с 1 сентября или компенсировать владельцам расходы по содержанию простаивающих залов. Текст письма был опубликован на официальной странице организации в Facebook... 
Очень многое делается не для людей у нас, поэтому создавать проблемы легче, чем их решать. Наверное, какие-то из ограничений решатся в данном случае и жителям города будет открыто старое культурное пространство.
