Готовим ЩИ/cook cabbage soup

 приготовление блюда суп ЩИ:

1. свежие капуста и морковь, что уже были нарезаны. 2. бульон от потрохов куриных6 сердца и желудки 3. свежий зеленый перец 4. один средний свежий томат 5. приправы сухи в виде смести для данного вида супа, но без соли 6. Свежие травы типа: укроп, петрушка. зеленый лук. Всё по необходимости моем и открываем, а также режем на нужные фрагменты по размерам. А в самом начале ставим разогреваться до кипения бульон. Далее в кипяток добавляем сначала смесь приправ и одну ложку столовую соли (это на ваш вкус должно быть), а потом все овощи кроме зелени я томатами. Варим на медленном огне и мешая периодически минут 20. а далее кидаем туда зелень с томатами и ещё минут пять варим. Так как капуста и морковка имеют мелкую структуру нарезки. то и варятся буквально мгновенно. Желаю всем приятного аппетита.
